Section 361 of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3030m ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the first sentence— by inserting evidence-based after to provide ; by inserting (including cognitive health promotion services) after health promotion services ; and by inserting before or at the following: at Federally qualified health centers (as defined in sections 1861(aa)(4) and 1905(l)(2)(B) of the Social Security Act ( . 42 U.S.C. 1395x(aa)(4) , 1396d(l)(2)(B))), Part D of title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3030m et seq. ) is amended by adding at the end the following:
Congress finds that— there are clinical preventive services (as defined in a manner consistent with the recommendations of the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force) covered under the Medicare program carried out under title XVIII of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq. ); and older adults should receive the clinical preventive services described in paragraph (1). .
