Section 14113 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8913 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2)— by striking such sums as may be necessary ; and by striking subsection and all that follows and inserting the following: subsection— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. ; and in subsection (b)(2), by striking is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection and all that follows and inserting the following: are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection— $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
