Section 14112 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8912 ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2008 through 2013; and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
