Sec. 6. Identification of countries that enable proliferation to or from Iran, North Korea, or Syria

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 120 days thereafter, the President shall transmit to the appropriate congressional committees and make available to the public a report that identifies each person subject to sanctions under section 3 and each foreign country that allows one or more persons under the jurisdiction of such country to engage in activities that are sanctionable under section 3 despite requests by the United States Government to the government of such country to prevent such activities. The report required under subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may contain a classified annex if necessary to protect United States national security interests.
