Nothing in this Act or the amendments made by this Act— shall be construed to limit the authority of the President to impose additional sanctions pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq. ), relevant Executive orders, and other provisions of law; or shall apply to the authorized intelligence activities of the United States.
