The Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is repealed. Any reference in a law, regulation, document, or other record of the United States to the Iran, North Korea, and Syria Nonproliferation Act shall be deemed to be a reference to this Act.
