Any or all reports required to be submitted to Congress under the provisions of law described in subsection
(c)that are subject to a deadline for submission consisting of the same unit of time may be consolidated into a single report that is submitted to Congress pursuant to such deadline. Subsection
(a)shall not apply with respect to the initial report of any report described in subsection (a). The provisions of law referred to in this section are the following: This Act and the amendments made by this Act. The Iran Freedom and Counter-Proliferation Act of 2012 ( 22 U.S.C. 8801 et seq. ). The Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 ( 22 U.S.C. 8701 et seq. ). The Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 ( 22 U.S.C. 8501 et seq. ). This section takes effect on the date of the enactment of this Act and applies with respect to reports required to be submitted to Congress under the provisions of law described in subsection
(c)on or after such date of enactment.
