Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report that— evaluates the strategy of the Government of Iran to evade current economic and financial sanctions; and specifically evaluates the ability of Iran to successfully diversify its economy beyond its energy sector, thereby lessening the impact and effectiveness of economic and financial sanctions.
