Section 7 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 705 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs
(35)through
(39)as paragraphs
(36)through (40), respectively; in subparagraph (A)(ii) of paragraph
(36)(as redesignated by paragraph (1)), by striking paragraph (36)(C) and inserting paragraph (37)(C) ; and by inserting after paragraph
(34)the following: The term student with a disability means an individual with a disability who— is not younger than 16 and not older than 21; has been determined to be eligible under section 102(a) for assistance under this title; and is eligible for, and is receiving, special education under part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1411 et seq. ); or is an individual with a disability, for purposes of section 504. The term students with disabilities means more than 1 student with a disability. .
