Section 105 ( 29 U.S.C. 725 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph (A)— by striking clause
(ix)and inserting the following: in a State in which one or more projects are funded under section 121 and in which such services are provided through those projects, at least one representative of the directors of the projects located in such State; ; in clause (x), by striking and at the end; in clause (xi), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the director of the State's comprehensive statewide program of technology-related assistance funded under section 4 of the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 (29 U.S.C. 3003). ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (xi), by striking and at the end; in clause (xii), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the director of the State's comprehensive statewide program of technology-related assistance funded under section 4 of the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 (29 U.S.C. 3003). ; and in subsection (c)(6), by striking Service Act and all that follows and inserting Service Act ( . 42 U.S.C. 300x–3(a) ) and the State workforce investment board, and with the activities of entities carrying out programs under the Assistive Technology Act of 1998 (29 U.S.C. 3001 et seq.);
