Section 168 is amended— in subsection (a)(3)(A), by inserting , including services provided by one-stop operators and one-stop partners before the semicolon; in subsection (b)(2)(A), by inserting accountability after performance ; and by adding at the end of subsection
(b)the following new paragraph: In carrying out the responsibilities relating to performance accountability measures described in paragraph (2)(A), the Assistant Secretary for Veterans’ Employment and Training shall, for each grant or contract under this section providing education, training, or employment services to veterans, include among such measures the primary indicators of performance described in section 136(b)(2)(A)(i) and adjusted levels of performance for each such indicator that are agreed to by the Assistant Secretary and the recipient of the grant or contract. .
