Section 150(b) is amended— in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Readjustment allowances ; Transition allowances and support in paragraph (1)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting graduates ; allowances for graduates in the first sentence, by striking readjustment and inserting transition ; and by striking the second and third sentences, and inserting the following: The transition allowance shall be incentive-based to reflect a graduate’s completion of academic, career and technical education or training, and attainment of recognized postsecondary credentials. ; and by amending paragraph
(2)to read as follows: The Secretary may arrange for the provision of 3 months of employment services for former enrollees. .
