Section 1139A(a)(7) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–9a(a)(7)) is amended to read as follows: The Secretary shall provide technical assistance to States to assist them in adopting and utilizing the core set of child health measures in administering the State plans under titles XIX and XXI, including by assisting States in building their data collection infrastructures. $5,000,000 of the amount appropriated under subsection
(i)for a fiscal year shall be used to carry out this paragraph. .
