Sec. 403. Contents of Fund

The following amounts shall be credited to the Fund: All moneys collected pursuant to section 506 and section 504. All fees received under section 304(a)(1)(B). All donations by persons, corporations, associations, and foundations for the purposes of this subtitle. All amounts deposited in the Fund under section 102. All amounts received by the United States from issuance of patents based on a determination under section 101. All amounts received by the United States pursuant to section 103 as claim maintenance and location fees, other than the moneys allocated for administration of the mining laws by the Department of the Interior.
All income on investments under section 402(b). All amounts deposited in the Fund under section 405.
