Section 924 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16214 ) is amended— by amending the section heading to read as follows: ; Distributed energy technology coordinating consortia by striking paragraph
(2)of subsection (b); and by redesignating paragraph
(3)of subsection
(b)as paragraph (2). The item relating to section 924 in the table of contents of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 is amended to read as follows: Sec. 924. Distributed energy technology coordinating consortia. .
