Section 5311 is amended— by revising subsection (c)(1)(B) to read as follows: $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2015, $30,871,500 in fiscal year 2016, $31,764,700 in fiscal year 2017, and $32,680,141 in fiscal year 2018 shall be apportioned as formula grants, as provided in subsection (j). ; in subsection (j)(1)(A)(iii), by striking Tribal lands (as defined by the Bureau of Census) and inserting American Indian Areas, Alaska Native Areas, and Hawaiian Home Lands, as defined by the Bureau of the Census, ; and by revising subsection (j)(1)(B) to read as follows:
Notwithstanding subparagraph (A), no recipient shall receive an apportionment under this subsection that is less than $20,000; and No recipient shall receive more than $300,000 of the amounts apportioned under subparagraph (A)(iii) in a fiscal year. .
