Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for procurement, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4101, for Aegis BMD (Line 030) is hereby increased by $99,000,000. Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D— the amounts authorized to be appropriated in section 101 for aircraft procurement, Army, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4101, for Aerial Common Sensor (Line 003) is hereby reduced by $75,300,000; and the amounts authorized to be appropriated in section 1405 for the Defense Health Program, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4501, for operation and maintenance pertaining to implementation of benefit reform proposals, is hereby reduced by $23,700,000.
