Sec. 332. Report on enduring requirements and activities currently funded through amounts authorized to be appropriated for overseas contingency operations

Not later than the date of the submission of the President’s budget for a fiscal year under section 1105 of title 31, United States Code, for fiscal year 2016, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report that includes each of the following: A list of enduring mission requirements, equipping, training, sustainment, and other operation and maintenance activities of the military departments, combat support agencies, and Department of Defense that are funded through amounts authorized to be appropriated for overseas contingency operations.
The amounts appropriated for fiscal year 2014 for the activities described in paragraph (1). The amounts provided in the budget for fiscal year 2015 submitted to Congress by the President under section 1105(a) of title 31, United States Code. A three-year plan to migrate the requirements and activities on the list described in paragraph
(1)to be funded other than through amounts authorized to be appropriated for overseas contingency operations. For purposes of this section, the term enduring means planned to continue to exist beyond the last day of the period covered by the future-years defense program under section 221 of title 10, United States Code, in effect as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
