Section 2(a)(12) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2(a)(12) ), as amended by sections 206, 208(a), and 210 of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: The notice and comment requirements of chapter 5 of title 5, United States Code, shall also apply with respect to any guidance issued by the Commission after being voted on by the Commission. .
