(a)the following: The Statistics Commissioner shall propose to the Director and, subject to the approval of the Director, implement a plan for activities of the Statistics Center that— is consistent with the priorities and mission of the Institute and the mission of the Statistics Center described in section 151(b); is carried out and, as appropriate, updated and modified, including through the use of the results of the Statistic Center’s most recent evaluation report under section 116(d); and describes how the Statistics Center will use the performance management system described in section 185 to assess and improve the activities of the Center. .
