Section 151(b) ( 20 U.S.C. 9541(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by inserting and consistent with the privacy protections under section 183 after manner ; and in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by inserting disability, after cultural, ; and by amending subparagraph
(B)to read as follows: consistent with section 114(j), is relevant, timely, and widely disseminated. .
