Section 131(b) ( 20 U.S.C. 9531(b) ) is amended— by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: to sponsor sustained research that will lead to the accumulation of knowledge and understanding of education, consistent with the priorities described in section 115; ; by striking and at the end of paragraph (3); in paragraph (4), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: consistent with section 114(j), to widely disseminate and promote utilization of the work of the Research Center. .
