Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2015 for defense environmental cleanup activities in carrying out programs as specified in the funding table in section 4701. From funds referred to in subsection
(a)that are available for carrying out plant projects, the Secretary of Energy may carry out, for defense environmental cleanup activities, the following new plant projects: Project 15–D–401, KW Basin Sludge Removal Project, Hanford, Washington, $26,290,000. Project 15–D–402, Saltstone Disposal Unit #6, Savannah River Site, Aiken, South Carolina, $34,642,000. Project 15–D–405, Sludge Processing Facility Build Out, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, $4,200,000. Project 15–D–406, Hexavalent Chromium Pump and Treatment Remedy Project, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico, $28,600,000. Project 15–D–409, Low Activity Waste Pretreatment System, Hanford, Washington, $23,000,000.
