Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2015 for the activities of the National Nuclear Security Administration in carrying out programs as specified in the funding table in section 4701. From funds referred to in subsection

Project 15–D–301, High Explosive Science and Engineering Facility, Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas, $11,800,000.
