Section 1246(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 923) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2016 and inserting 2017 ; in paragraph (2)— by inserting after 2014 the following: or 2015 ; and by adding at the end before the period the following: or information relating to velocity at burnout of United States missile defense interceptors or targets ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives after congressional defense committees .
