Subsection (c)(1) of section 1207 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1625; 22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended by striking the provision of equipment, supplies, and training. and inserting the following: the provision of the following: Equipment, including routine maintenance and repair of such equipment. Supplies. With respect to amounts in the Fund appropriated or transferred into the Fund after the date of the enactment of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015, small-scale construction not exceeding $750,000 on a per-project basis. Training. . Subsection

(i)of such section is amended— by striking Amounts and inserting the following: Except as provided in paragraph (2), amounts ; by striking September 30, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2017 ; and by adding at the end the following: Amounts appropriated and transferred to the Fund before the date of the enactment of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 shall remain available for obligation and expenditure after September 30, 2015, only for activities under programs commenced under subsection

(b)before September 30, 2015. . Subsection

(p)of such section, as amended by section 1202(e) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 894), is further amended— by striking September 30, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2017 ; by striking fiscal years 2012 through 2015 and inserting fiscal years 2012 through 2017 ; and by adding at the end before the period the following: and subject to the requirements contained in paragraphs

(2)of subsection
