Section 48B is repealed. Section 46 , as amended by section 614, is amended by striking paragraph
(3)and by redesignating paragraphs
(4)and
(5)as paragraphs
(3)and (4), respectively. The table of sections for subpart E of part IV of subchapter A of chapter 1 is amended by striking the item relating to section 48B. The amendments made by this section shall apply to property placed in service after December 31, 2014.
