Section 48A is repealed. Section 46 is amended by striking paragraph
(3)and by redesignating paragraphs (4), (5), and
(6)as paragraphs (3), (4), and (5), respectively. The table of sections for subpart E of part IV of subchapter A of chapter 1 is amended by striking the item relating to section 48A. The amendments made by this section shall apply to property placed in service after December 31, 2014.
