Section 232 of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 20 U.S.C. 9242 ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting the measurable goals to be accomplished as a result of the grant or contract and after including ; in paragraph (1), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: a description of how the eligible provider will collect data for purposes of reporting performance measures to assess and evaluate the progress of adult education students and activities. .
