Section 211(a) of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 20 U.S.C. 9211(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $8,000,000 and inserting $15,000,000 ; in paragraph (2)— by striking 1.5 percent and inserting 1.25 percent ; and by striking $8,000,000; and inserting $12,000,000; and ; in paragraph (3), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: shall reserve 12 percent to carry out section 244. .
