Section 205 of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act ( 20 U.S.C. 9204 ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this title $850,000,000 for fiscal year 2015 and such sums as may be necessary for each succeeding fiscal year. .
