None of the funds made available by this Act may be used in contravention of the amendments made to the Uniform Code of Military Justice of title XVII of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 regarding the discharge or dismissal of a member of the Armed Forces convicted of certain sex-related offenses, the required trial of such offenses by general courts-martial, and the limitations imposed on convening authority discretion regarding court-martial findings and sentences.
