Section 502(b) ( 50 U.S.C. 1862(b) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs (1), (2), and
(3)as paragraphs (5), (6), and (7), respectively; and by inserting before paragraph
(5)(as so redesignated) the following new paragraphs: the total number of applications described in section 501(b)(2)(B) made for orders approving requests for the production of tangible things; the total number of such orders either granted, modified, or denied; the total number of applications described in section 501(b)(2)(C) made for orders approving requests for the production of call detail records; the total number of such orders either granted, modified, or denied; .
