Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Chief of Staff of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the Eagle Vision system. The report required by paragraph
(1)shall include a description and assessment of the various commands, components of the Armed Forces, and Defense Agencies to which control of the Eagle Vision system could be transferred from the Headquarters of the Air Force, including the actions to be completed before transfer, potential schedules for transfer, and the effects of transfer on the capabilities of the system or use of the system by other elements of the Department. The Secretary of the Air Force may not undertake any changes to the organization or control of the Eagle Vision system until 90 days after the date of the submittal to the congressional defense committees of the report required by subsection (a).
