Section 103(c)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4811) is amended by striking Lower Mississippi River Museum and Riverfront Interpretive Site and inserting Jesse Brent Lower Mississippi River Museum and Riverfront Interpretive Site . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the museum and interpretive site referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the Jesse Brent Lower Mississippi River Museum and Riverfront Interpretive Site .
