Amounts equivalent to 2.5 percent of any proceeds from the issuance of infrastructure revenue bonds under section 3102A of title 31, United States Code, shall be made available to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency for making capitalization grants to eligible States under title VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1381 et seq. ). Amounts equivalent to 2.5 percent of any proceeds from the issuance of infrastructure revenue bonds under section 3102A of title 31, United States Code, shall be made available to the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency for making capitalization grants to eligible States under section 1452 of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300j–12 ).
