Section 1400(c) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 1601 note) is amended— in paragraph (1), by amending subparagraph
(B)to read as follows: take effect 24 months after the issuance of the regulations in final form, or such later time as specified by regulation. ; and by striking paragraph (3). The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date of the enactment of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, as if included in such Act.
