Section 803(8)(A) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (12 U.S.C. 5462(8)(A)) is amended— redesignating clause

(iv)as clause (v); and inserting after clause

(iii)the following new clause: The Federal Housing Finance Agency, with respect to a designated financial market utility that is subject to the exclusive supervision of that Agency pursuant to the National Mortgage Market Utility Act of 2013 . .
