Sec. 341. Conforming amendment to Federal Home Loan Bank Act

Section 11 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1431 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Any Federal Home Loan Bank may aggregate for securitization through the common securitization platform (as such term is defined in section 303 of the National Mortgage Market Utility Act of 2013 ) residential mortgage loans originated by any member of such Bank, pursuant to regulations issued by the Director. .
