Section 1490(a) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3362(a) ) is amended by striking or noncompetitive . Section 1490(f) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3362(f) ) is amended by striking section and all that follows and inserting the following: section— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2013; and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
Section 1491(c) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3363(c) ) is amended by striking such sums as are necessary and all that follows and inserting the following: to carry out this section— such sums as are necessary for each of fiscal years 2002 through 2013; and $2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018. .
