Section 5(e)(5) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014(e)(5) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall promulgate rules to ensure that medical marijuana is not treated as a medical expense for purposes of this paragraph. .
