Section 5 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014 ) is amended— in the 2d sentence of subsection
(a)by striking households in which each member receives benefits and inserting households in which each member receives cash assistance ; and in subsection
(j)by striking or who receives benefits under a State program and inserting or who receives cash assistance under a State program .
