Sec. 105. Reduction in Government travel costs

In this section, the term agency means an executive agency as defined under section 105 of title 5, United States Code. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the total amount of funds appropriated to the appropriations account providing for travel expenses for each agency for each of fiscal years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 may not exceed 80 percent of the total amount of funds appropriated to each of those appropriations accounts for fiscal year 2013.
