No State is eligible to receive any of the funds provided by this Act unless it is in full compliance with section 6 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2015 ). Further, none of the funds provided by this Act may be used to promote WIC or SNAP benefits to individuals who are ineligible to receive benefits pursuant to section 6 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2015 ).
