Section 1043(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1576), as amended by section 1041 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1931), is amended— in paragraph (2)(F), by inserting personnel, after maintenance, ; and in paragraph (3), by inserting before the period at the end the following: , including how and which locations were counted .
