Sec. 2801. Revisions to minor military construction authorities

Subsection
(a)of section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: For purposes of this section, the minor military construction exception threshold is $4,000,000. . Subsection (a)(2) of such section is amended by striking $3,000,000 in the second sentence and inserting the minor military construction exception threshold . Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by striking $750,000 and inserting $1,000,000 . Subsection (b)(1) of such section is amended by striking $750,000 and inserting the amount specified in subsection
(c). Subsection
(d)of such section is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking not more than $2,000,000 and inserting not more than $4,000,000, notwithstanding subsection
(c); and in paragraph (2), by striking

(2)For purposes of this subsection, an unspecified minor military construction project is a military construction project that (notwithstanding subsection (a)) has an approved cost equal to or less than $4,000,000. . The amendments made by paragraph
(1)do not apply to any laboratory revitalization project for which the design phase has been completed as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
