Section 2805 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The dollar limitations specified in subsections
(a)through
(d)shall be adjusted to reflect the appropriate area construction cost index for military construction projects published by the Department of Defense. The appropriate cost index shall be the factor published during the prior fiscal year that applies to the location of the project. .
