Section 1240B of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–2 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2014 and inserting 2018 ; in subsection (d)(4)(B), by striking 30 percent and inserting 50 percent ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2012 and inserting 2018 .
