The Administrator shall carry out the recommendations of the National Geospatial Data Plan developed by the National Geospatial Policy Commission under section 202(c). The Administrator shall provide data to heads of other Federal agencies for the determination as to whether any property owned or managed by the United States may be better managed through ownership by a non-Federal entity, including a State or local government, a tribal government, a nonprofit organization, or a private entity.
