Part VI of subchapter B of chapter 1 is amended by striking section 179B (and by striking the item relating to such section in the table of sections for such part). Section 312(k)(3), as amended by this Act, is amended by striking , 179B each place it appears. Section 1016(a) is amended by striking paragraph (30). The amendments made by this section shall apply to amounts paid or incurred after December 31, 2009.
